Let's Dig In! How can we appreciate the pastors and ministers in your life more intentionally? Ministers are struggling right now as we all continue transitioning out of the past three years that gave birth to a new era of ministry. So, I’m encouraging you to use this month to dig in a
little. Understand what is going on with the ministers in your life. Let these questions urge you toward a little more awareness and appreciation for the work of ministry. Check out the free download to help us ask better questions.
Thank a Minister! Appreciation goes such a long way. Those who work without a sense of appreciation can suffer more quickly from isolation, burnout, and resentment. According to Mike Robbins at Harvard Business Review, “recognition is about what people do; appreciation is about who they
are.” According to Robbins, we need both. We need to receive both recognition for our achievements and appreciation for being who we are. How about a free download to share with a minister you appreciate?

5 Ways to Honor Indigenous Peoples Day
Today is Indigenous Peoples' Day! Why does it matter to understand this history of colonization, genocide and land theft? For Christians it matters because we are far from the love of God or neighbor, when we know better, yet keep
taking part in these destructions. It matters when we have some idea about how we have sinned against our siblings, yet we keep multiplying our ignorance. In order to make needed change, I need to displace my centrality as a white person in the narratives of what it means to be an American. I need some genuine humility. I need to expand my understanding of both history and the present moment. Here are five things I’m working
on and I invite you to join me and let’s encourage each other to do this much needed work. Today is a good day to commit to begin again.
